Access from the railway station was SUPER easy. the staff were excellent. i will choose this hotel for an extended period next time.

the hot water kettle and cups were missing in the room. the idea of a 24-hour free coffee and tea counter in the dining room is great. walking up each time was a little inconvenient though.

The location was a real problem. The area felt unsafe, with many addicts around. this made walking around, especially at night, quite unsettling. also, the noise from the street was constant. it made it hard to relax and get any sleep. the staff did little to help.
